ELIZABETHTOWN, KY - Congressman Brett Guthrie (KY-02) will host a Service Academy Information Fair for students and their families interested in learning more about the application process for U.S. Service Academies.

The 2023 Service Academy Information Fair will be held at Elizabethtown High School on Monday, September 11, 2023, starting at 5 p.m. EST.

“I am looking forward to hosting the 2023 Service Academy Information Fair to give students and their families an opportunity to learn more about the application process for service academies. Representatives from the service academies will be present to answer specific questions about admissions, and my staff and I will also be available to walk students through the nomination process for Kentucky’s Second District. As a proud West Point graduate, I enjoy helping the next generation navigate the admissions process for our nation’s prestigious service academies that help shape our future military leaders,” said Guthrie.

Representatives from the U.S. Military Academy, U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, and U.S. Air Force Academy will be at the fair to answer questions. The U.S. Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) will also have a representative present to provide information on ROTC programs and college scholarship opportunities. High school students, their parents, and teachers are welcome to attend the Service Academy Information Fair and are asked to RSVP to guthrieassistance@mail.house.gov or by calling 270-842-9896 (Bowling Green district office).
