WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Brett Guthrie (KY-02) released the following statement after being sworn in today to serve Kentucky’s Second District for the 118th Congress.

“It is an honor and a privilege to serve Kentuckians in the Second District. I look forward to continuing to serve constituents in counties that I worked for last Congress and building new relationships with constituents in counties that are now part of the Second District. With a Republican majority in the House this Congress, I will hold the Biden Administration accountable for their crises, and I will fight for solutions that lower the cost of living, protect American freedoms, and promote safe communities,” said Guthrie.
