Apprenticeship programs provide students with the opportunity to learn new skills, obtain an education, and receive recognized credentials for in-demand jobs while earning strong wages. With resources available and partnerships between businesses and educational institutions, it’s clear that Kentuckians in the Second District understand the value of apprenticeship opportunities. As co-chair of this caucus, I’ll share success stories from Kentucky’s apprenticeship programs and my background experience in manufacturing to encourage Congress to support this workforce development tool for communities,” said Guthrie. ### |
