Guthrie Announces Grant for Grayson County Airport

Washington, DC – Congressman Brett Guthrie (Bowling Green) announced today that the Grayson County Airport is being awarded a grant worth over $138,000 from the Federal Aviation Administration.

Washington, DC – Congressman Brett Guthrie (Bowling Green) announced today that the Grayson County Airport is being awarded a grant worth over $138,000 from the Federal Aviation Administration.

“This is great news for the Grayson County Airport,” Congressman Guthrie said.  “As a member of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and its Aviation Subcommittee, I am pleased that this airport will be able to expand their facility to promote economic growth for Grayson County.  I congratulate them on receiving this grant.”

The competitively awarded grant will be used for expanding the airport’s apron to provide additional capacity.
