“The triumph and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. serves not only as an inspiration, but also gives us the building blocks to continue the fight for human and civil rights. His selflessness is both humbling and moving. May God bless the memory of Dr. King and all Americans as we strive for equality for all.”
Congressman Guthrie will attend the following events to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. King on Monday, January 18, 2010.
